There is a game I play on PC called Battlestations: Pacific which is a World War II naval combat simulator published by Eidos Interactive and developed by Eidos Hungary. It was released for Windows and the Xbox 360 in 2009. With the PC version you can choose to play the game with a mouse and keyboard or a controller.
