Force Feedback center spring force

First thanks for your great work!!
How could I patch the xinput1_3.dll and compile it so I could set the center spring force? I am asking that because I use a Microsoft Sidewinder 2 Joystick and it is set to maximum center spring force when using x360ce. I found that a 40% center spring force for X and Y Axis is the ideal setting for me.

Of course it would be great to have an option in the .ini file to set the spring force, friction, damper, etc. But I know it would require some work.
