Multiple games for x360ce

I am playing Thief with x360ce. Now, often times, I play the 32-bit version of the game and sometimes the 64-bit version (Because of some problematic RAMs and stuff).

Now, I am trying to add the game to the game settings, but whenever I add the 64 bit version, it overwrites the 32-bit version, and vice versa. Isn't there ANY way, that I could keep both of the versions in the list and just switch?

Funny thing is, both the 64-bit version and the 32-bit version of x360ce is opening the same...
