Double controller problem

Hi,
I have a some kind of problem with connecting my two identical gamepads in the same time. Does anyone has a solution for this crap? Tried to work through device manager with uninstalling the drivers, but it does not change a thing. Light on the pad is not working too, like system would not recognize it as a device identical to the other one, but the drivers shown in properties are the same ones.
