x360ce with HTML5 Gamepad API

I've trying to use x360ce with Google Chrome without success. I tried placing xinput1_3.dll in the Chrome/Application folder as is directed in this thread but Chrome still doesn't recognize x360ce when I test with https://html5gamepad.com/.

VJoy is the input for x360ce and the VJoy virtual gamepad is recognized by Chrome but not x360ce.

Anyone have an idea on this? Thanks in advance.
