Multiple binding with override

I am playing Ace Combat 7 on a T.16000M. I have bound my left and right trigger to my slider on the T.16000M as they function as throttle controls mainly. However there is a mechanic activated by pressing both triggers. Is there a way to set it so a button can override the slider to control both simultaneously? Or perhaps set it so that it operates by a half slider and inverted half slider binding (what I am currently using) except that at the maximum slider value both triggers report a...
