odd behavior with warframe

I read through the forum here and I understand that I am not posting all of the suggested information, my theory is that I'm missing something extremely simple and upon reading this someone who has had this issue before will know what I'm doing wrong. I have used x360ce a lot and have never had issues like this before, I've been searching faqs, forums and Google for a few days now with no luck.

Have installed x360ce in bin folder and it functions properly.
