How do i set g27 up for tt isle of man ride on the edge 2018

hello

i am clearly to stupid or somthing i watched videos on youtube followed the guide on startpage etc
somhow i cant get my g27 to work in tt isle of man game on pc

im using win7 ultimate 64 game is also 64
tried wheel and i tried gamepad i tried 32 and 64 stil notting seems to work
i alslo tried several files that were availeble
