Games showing Dinput Prompts

When I first installed x360ce on Resident Evil 4 UHD it used to show Xbox button prompts. But since then I was messing around trying to make Dead Rising 1 show Xbox prompts as well since it always showed Dinput prompts, but in the end even Resident Evil 4 is now having this problem (and every game that supports both x360 and DirectInput devices).
Is there any way I can reset x360ce to default, as if installing for the first time?
