I've been stuck for a few hours with this problem and the search didn't turn up anything useful.
So, x360ce 32bit is working fine for me if I run it from my desktop. (Standard location being C![:)]( "Smile :)")
However, some games require x360ce to be started from their installation folder. Some of my games are on my D: Drive and when I launch x360ce (tried 32 and 64 bit) it shows this.

Any ideas? I already tried removing the DLL's and Ini files, but It won't create new ones.
