When installing there was a problem x360ce

Hello, this morning I x360ce classically program started and everything was fine. But then I had to reinstall the PC and when I tried to reinstall the program x360ce, so I popped big error window. See the screen. I tried reinstal program to run as an administrator, just about everything they could, but the program still does not work.
Could I ask for radu.Děkuji.

My version of it:
Windows 7 64bit ulitmate.
net.framewor 4
DirectX installed.
I have PS3 controler for PC
