How to disable one controller?

Hi there! Here is the thing, I have a normal pad, and a xbox pad, the thing is that the x360ce is screwing my xbox pad mapping, I already tried all I could but I can't solve it, so I was thinking in disableing the xbox pad on x360ce, but I don't find an option to do dat.

Any suggestion?
