problems with anti-cheat-software?

i recently bought a gamepad and after i realized, that it doesn't work proper, i found this wonderful tool to use it anyway... thx a lot for it

now my question: can i get any problems with punkbuster or other anti-cheat-progs? and if so, does it mean i have to completely erase all files of x360ce in the games directory before playing online?

(I ask because i only tested x360ce with FarcCry3, and every time after leaving the game, i got a massage form "AnVir Task Manager" about a denied...
