I did NOT see GTA V in the game compatibility list for x360ce, so maybe that's all I need to know?
But in case it can work - In Win10 64bit, I want to decrease the left thumbstick sensitivity near the center, and when I tried using setting under "Controller 1 - Left Thumb", and moved the "sensitivity" sliders to the right ("make less sensitive near center"), it didn't work, at least in GTA V.
Was just wondering if there are more options I need to choose.
