netframe 4.0 requires win 7 sp1 . i am playing this game very smoothly on win7 for last 2 year but to play this game with 360ce emulator i needed sp1 for win 7 as netframe 4.0 only support sp1 win.7 but after installing sp1 for my win 7 , gta 5 is not working and when i had uninstalled sp1 for win 7 , game is working but x360 ce is not working.
