x360c does not recognize Logitech rumblepad 2

Hi guys,

i tried to follow the tutorial and searched the forum but the program doesn't show my controler/ recognizes the device. When I click the refresh button there appears error message.

I downloaded the required progs or tried to install them but a windows message appeared that it is not necessary.

I copied the detailed text of the error message in a textfile and attached it.

I hope someone can help.
