Sensitivity Issue

Hi, PS2pad+USB Adapter(Radioshack)(detected as USB Joystick). I've started using x360ce due to x-input games(tried to use joy2key but that's a thing i'd rather forget about), all smooth, can finally use my pad without a hassle(other than the crash at the game end, but from what i've gathered it's mostly steam-related), however, with Metal Gear Solid Ground Zeroes(using 64-bit version with this), i've hit a snag: Precision aiming(right analog stick) is sketchy as hell with instant sensitivity on...
