Razer Sabertooth detection issues.

I have two gamepads.

If I have just my Razer Sabertooth connected X360ce does not detect it however if I disconnect my Razer Sabertooth and then connect my Logitech F310 in Xinput mode it detects the F310 then I connect my Razer Sabertooth and finally X360ce detects the Razer Sabertooth.

Basically if my Razer Sabertooth is occupying gamepad quadrant 1 (player 1) it is undetectable by x360ce but is detectable to games that support my Razer Sabertooth but it is only detectable by X360ce if it...
