Can't move in naruto storm 4

I'm using a dualshock controller and x360ce while playing storm 4,All buttons work fine as their binds in the program but i can't move,not using analong or the arrows,even when i turn on the analog button it uses the items,I tried rebinding the D-pads in x360ce but it still doesn't work.I use xinput9_1_0.dll for the dll, x360ce 64 bit,x360ce used to work fine with storm 3 but not with storm 4
